In this bulletin, we detail the most significant Bill 148 changes to the ESA and LRA that Bill 47 has rolled back, effective as of the dates the respective Bill 47 amendments come into force. The coming into force date for the Bill 47 amendments to the LRA is November 21, 2018, while the coming into force date for all the ESA amendments described below is January 1, 2019.
