Seth HollandLAWYER

Seth is a lawyer at Williams HR Law, where he practices in all areas of management side labour, employment, and human rights law. Seth provides advice and representation to employers on a broad range of issues, including: employment agreements, employment standards, wrongful dismissal litigation, discipline and termination, human rights and accommodation, labour board proceedings, privacy, workplace safety and insurance and workplace investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Seth articled with a prominent management-side labour and employment boutique firm in Toronto.

Seth is a graduate of the Dual J.D. Program at the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy Law. While at law school, Seth was included on the Dean’s List during each year of study and received the Book Award for the highest overall grade in Business Organizations law. He also completed an externship at the National Labour Relations Board in Detroit, Michigan and was elected as Vice President of the Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers.

Prior to law school, Seth spent a number of years working as a law clerk in Toronto and also worked as a constituency assistant to a federal Member of Parliament. In his free time, Seth is an avid reader and history buff, and also enjoys following local sports teams.
