Seth is a lawyer at Williams HR Law, where he practices in all areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. Seth provides advice and representation on a broad range of issues, including: employment agreements, employment standards, wrongful dismissal litigation, discipline and termination, human rights and accommodation, labour board proceedings, grievance arbitration, privacy, and workplace safety and insurance.
Seth regularly conducts workplace investigations across industries in the private, public and not-for-profit context in the capacity of an external impartial investigator, and provides legal advice and guidance to employers conducting in-house investigations into complaints of workplace harassment and discrimination and other forms of misconduct.
Seth has presented at educational speaking engagements for employers and human resources professionals on major developments in employment standards legislation. Seth has also written for a number of employment law and human resources publications including Canadian Employment Law Today and HR Professional Now.
Seth is a graduate of the Dual JD Program at the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy Law. While at law school, Seth was included on the Dean’s List during each year of study and received the Book Award for the highest overall grade in Business Organizations law. Prior to law school, Seth spent a number of years working as a law clerk in Toronto and also worked as a constituency assistant to a federal Member of Parliament.
